When are the licenses sent?

Usually right after we have received your payment. If you need the license before payment, please drop us a line. In exceptional cases we sent the license ASAP and in advance of the payment.

The licenses are sent by email only. If you have paid online and did not receive your license within the next minutes, please check your SPAM folder. If it is not there, please create a support ticket.

If you paid by wire transfer, the email containing the license will be sent once we have recognized the payment. Usually it takes some days until the money is visible on our account. Please be patient and consider the processing time at the bank. If it takes an unusually long time and you receive no email with a license code, please create a support ticket as well.
